These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of GutDiaries, operated by GutDiaries s.r.o., a company registered in Czechia (IČO: 22456864). By accessing or using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.
GutDiaries is a mobile application designed to help users track their food intake and symptoms related to GERD. It is intended for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for your medical care
GutDiaries is available to users aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
GutDiaries operates on a subscription-based model. Subscriptions grant access to premium features and are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
We offer a 7-day free trial to new users. Upon expiration of the trial, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method on file with the app store will be charged at the start of the next billing cycle.
Subscriptions must be canceled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the app’s premium features until the subscription period concludes. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes such as VAT or GST based on your location. Pricing may vary by country due to exchange rates, tax policies, or regional differences.
Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as refunds are subject to their respective policies. GutDiaries s.r.o. does not process refunds directly.
GutDiaries is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GutDiaries s.r.o. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GutDiaries at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, and by extension the trade laws of EU (European Union). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Czech courts.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or small claims court, as applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
